To use the app, we collect the following information:
• Name, email address, phone number (for login and authentication)
• Profile information (occupation, city, biography, social media — entered by the user)
• Profile photo (optional, uploaded by the user)
• Location data (only when you tap "Add My Location", and only to the extent you choose to share)
• Device notification token (used solely to deliver notifications)
The information we collect is used only for the following purposes:
• Brother-to-brother communication and introductions within the lodge directory
• Notifications about lodge events and meetings
• Dues tracking and administrative services
• Brothers' Map feature (only displays the location the user has explicitly chosen to share)
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored on secure servers located in Germany. HTTPS encryption is used during transmission. Passwords are hashed irreversibly using bcrypt.
When membership is terminated, or upon receipt of an account-deletion request, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
Our app relies on the following third-party services:
• Apple Push Notification Service (for delivering notifications)
• Expo Application Services (development and deployment infrastructure)
• OpenStreetMap (map tiles on Android)
These services have their own privacy policies and may process limited technical data.
The app is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information about the processing of your data
• To request correction, deletion, or destruction of your data
• To grant or withhold consent for international data transfers
